A gated, mixed-density residential estate laid out around a central roundabout and landscaped spine. The scheme combines two- and three-bedroom townhouse rows, a multi-storey apartment building and detached villas with a shared amenity core.

A pair of mirrored two-storey duplexes sharing a party wall, set against a terraced row of self-contained apartments. The site falls across its width, so the row is stepped and the duplexes gain a basement level behind retaining walls. A separate apartment building was added to the scheme on the later issue.

The first of two schemes for the same plot, shown here as revised. Option 1 puts the family home over two storeys with stone-clad piers and deep balconies, keeping the length of the site free for a revenue-generating apartment row along the boundary.

The alternative scheme for the same plot. Option 2 spreads the house out on a single level around a swimming pool, trading the upper storey for a stronger indoor–outdoor relationship while keeping the apartment row along the boundary.

A three-storey family house set behind a curved entrance canopy and a covered parking court. Living space is stacked vertically so the plot keeps its garden: kitchen, dining and lounge on the ground floor, bedrooms and a family lounge above, each principal room opening onto its own balcony.

Two-bedroom apartments stacked over four levels on a tight urban plot. Every apartment repeats the same plan — open kitchen onto dining and lounge, two bedrooms with walk-in closets, and both a front and a kitchen veranda — so the block reads as one form while each home keeps its own outdoor space.

A two-storey apartment row addressing the street directly, with four units on each floor. Timber-clad bays and recessed balconies break up the frontage so a building of eight homes still reads at the scale of the houses around it.

A compact three-storey house on a narrow plot, studied through several facade treatments over identical massing — a diamond lattice screen, vertical timber slats, and fluted fins with a full-height glazed stair. The same plan, asked to present three different faces to the street.

A compact two-storey family house on a 12-metre frontage. The ground floor keeps the living, dining and open kitchen as one connected space, with a guest bedroom and service wing kept to the side; the master suite sits above.

An interior concept for a two-bedroom apartment built around warm walnut joinery, brushed brass and layered lighting. The mood board sets the material palette; the plan shows how it lands across the living space, kitchen and both bedrooms.

A two-storey family house on Plot 49, Block H in Mbezi. Crisp flat-roofed massing is broken up by a pergola over the side terrace, stone-clad piers and deep window reveals, with the full set taken through sections, elevations and drainage details.
